My experience at York Pontiac was very good! My salesperson, Chrisie Walters, was awesome! She went above and beyond with all she did for me. When the sale was complete, she got in my new c My salesperson, Chrisie Walters, was awesome! She went above and beyond with all she did for me. When the sale was complete, she got in my new car with me and explained and showed me all of the features and how to get to them on the screen and told me all features on the steering wheel; she was very thorough! She told me to come back as often as necessary, if I had any questions. I’ve been back twice and questions were answered! I can’t remember the name of the finance man who was filling in for the person who was on vacation. He was very nice and explained all of my options for extended warranty. He explained all of them well and I chose the 70,000/7 year warranty. From the minute I arrived until I left, I was treated respectfully and received excellent service. This is my second car bought at York in 2018, and the service department is great. Same thing, treated respectfully and they 3never began work until they told me what was wrong. More
