From beginning to end this was a truly enjoyable experience. I didn’t feel pressured and Rich handled all of my request with patience. It did not feel salesy at all. Ale and introduced himself and offered me a tour of the dealership. He was so kind and personable it felt like I was dealing with a family friend.
