Bought a car from Chris Evans . He said the the car had satellite radio and it did not the side view mirrors did not work either . When I was told the check engine light was just a wire issue two days after my coolant was leaking all over and I had a blown gasket . I was told to have the car towed in at $950 out of my pocket was refused a rental car and it would take two weeks just to look at my car . This was all told to me after finally reaching someone after 17 days of trying or the receptionist telling me everyone is busy they will call back . I filed a complaint with the state attorney general who gladly picked up my case as well as hired a private attorney . A private investigator was also retained and findings of many customers in the same situation as this dealership has basically said as soon as the vehicle is off our property not our problem . This place should be avoided at all costs . Please keep your eyes out for a piece on the news as they were notified by a investigating journalist . So I warn all you potential car buyers stay way from York unless you want to lose money and treated like trash. The Managment and sales team are purely out to screw over regular people and laugh as long as they make their commission and bonus while you suffer financially. STAY AWAY there are many other quality dealerships and this is not one of them . Please take this seriously I’m not just a angry customer I’m a person telling the truth and trying to protect other decent people from a nightmare . Please take what you just read and really think even if I was a angry customer or not do YOU want to take the chance of getting screwed or just go to another dealer and there are plenty and have a good experience .
