I had the pleasure of being able to work with Rodney Taylor, a salesman at York. Rodney displayed all the right attributes one looks for in a salesman. Rodney greeted me with kindness and generosity, was straight forward and realistic, and never wavered his attention from me as a potential customer. In all honesty, Rodney is the only reason I went through with the deal at York. No one else seemed to care I was there. If I were the owner, I would try to hire 10 Rodney’s if it were possible. I also must note: upon leaving after the purchase, I drove my new Jeep back to the Service dept to have a part replaced. This was a simple door lock issue that was part of my deal. Rodney met me back there, but we were greeted with some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever witnessed. Rodney was essentially attacked (verbally) by one of the Service employees for no reason. Myself and my daughter (5 years old) had to witness this atrocious behavior. The employee later apologized, however, I’m not convinced it was sincere. Rodney handled this ugly incident with grace and pure professionalism. If you are looking for a Jeep, there’s tons of dealerships in Indianapolis. I advise that you shop around. On the other hand, if you’re looking to buy a Jeep from a class-act of a person, go see Rodney. He’s the only reason to go to York. More
