Scheduled an appt over a month out. Was billed for only 1.5hrs of work but I had to sit there for over 5hrs waiting on it. Service was rude and inconsiderate about my wait time. The service people were exceptional. I just can’t believe that the radio cannot be fixed or isn’t covered Due to the flaw that they told me it had. Took 4 months to get my truck back. Felt like them took their time and didn’t care That I needed my truck back that I was still paying for.
