The service lady was awesome, the service clerk was awesome ... but the service tech didn't know how to drive a stick. And the second service Tech wasn't very careful taking my car off of the lift. SERVICE VISIT

The service was terrible for an appointment based business. Waiting a month to schedule an appointment should not result in a three day inconvenience. After scheduling an appointment at 0800 on a Tue business. Waiting a month to schedule an appointment should not result in a three day inconvenience. After scheduling an appointment at 0800 on a Tuesday, I should not expect my car to be finished by 1630 the following Thursday. Within the first 30 hours, a technician had not even looked at my vehicle. What the xxxx is the purpose of making an appointment if the vehicle cannot be DIAGNOSED. That is the LEAST you could do. Except for the ladies running the office, the service was deplorable. More
