Monday express oil and a new tire service was 10. Wednesday for the balance of three tires and found out I had a oil leak was a 2. Dropped off vehicle Wednesday morning but when I got home noticed there was a sizable amount of new oil on my garage floor. Called to let them know they needed to check for a oil leak but was sent to service managers voicemail. I specifically said in the voicemail I wanted somebody to confirm that they received the voicemail, no call. When I called after lunch to check on the tire install and to confirm they received my voicemail found out they did not. Was told they would let the technician know about the oil issue. When Dave called me 2:30ish to let me know how the tires were going I asked about the oil, he didn’t know about the oil. I was picked up at 4:30 and told they were finishing my car. When I arrived they were still trying to figure out the oil leak. The car was finally “finished” and paid for after 5:30. Was told the tire indicator light was still on but after you drive it for a while it should go away. When I got in the car the indicator was on but was not told about one of my tires being at 0 pressure. Went back in and talk to one of the guys at the desk. Also the pressure on 2 of the tires was 40 and the third 41, I was told they’re supposed to be 36. Gentleman at the desk lowered the pressure of all my tires and to confirm we took a drive around the lot to make sure they were reset correctly. This also reset the 0 pressure tire. Indicator light turned off. Found out Thursday morning the service manager, returning my call about the oil leak, was off for the day. When I called I should’ve been sent to a person not to the service manager who is off. As far as the tire pressure the tech should’ve taken my vehicle for a drive around a lot to make sure everything was working properly and at the correct pressure before returning to the customer. I’m so unhappy with the service that I received. I payed over 1200.00 and the problem is still not fixed. I have brought my car back 3 times. And the last time I was told they couldn’t find nothing I payed over 1200.00 and the problem is still not fixed. I have brought my car back 3 times. Quote was a $360 difference than what I was actually charged. Also told I was only charged for one hour of labor to make up for big difference. I actively try to avoid going here but no local shops could with my issue so I had no choice. More
