Recall work on my Jeep Liberty was scheduled on 3/24/2 at 11:am. Told could bring car in early...brought in at 8:15am. Later in day received a call saying did not have the part...will have part Sat am....l 11:am. Told could bring car in early...brought in at 8:15am. Later in day received a call saying did not have the part...will have part Sat am....left car till Sat. Car was still not done...did not receive call till Mon. At 4:30 that car was ready. What the heck...this is customer service!? More

After setting an appointment my truck was there for 5 business days and the issue wasn’t fixed. I brought my vehicle in there and have some work done and you put it on the computer tell me what was wrong with it fixed it I come to pick it up you didn't fix it so they put it on the computer again and ch you put it on the computer tell me what was wrong with it fixed it I come to pick it up you didn't fix it so they put it on the computer again and charged me again charged me twice 160 some dollars to put it on the computer and it never left your facility More
