Great dealership! We met a number of people and they were all very helpful. Noah did a great job in walking us through all the Jeep variations. Had 2 vehicles worked on at the same time. There was a lack of communication from the lead service person handling my vehicles. They diagnosed an issue, I asked for it to be fixed. Found out they didn't follow through and order parts or schedule. Warranty work being done on second vehicle. Said the vehicle could be picked up, got vehicle and started to drive away and found things missing. Called and was told oh yeah we couldn't finish the work and the parts are on order. Waited a month for call that parts were in, never came. I called and found out the guy doesn't work there anymore, the parts were there but nobody was following through on taking care of us and getting our work complete. End the end the work was completed so that was good. More
