Miguel and his team were great to work with. As I only have one car I couldn't easily leave my car overnight for service. It was mid afternoon on my day of scheduled service. The mechanic who was working on my car wasn't sure it could be completed by 5pm. I explained my car situation to Miguel and he worked with the mechanic to make sure my car was finished that day. Great teamwork! Thanks for getting me back on the road in 1 day. More

Re: service department- I’ve been a customer with York/ aka Westgate, Chrysler for many years, even bought my last two cars there. The service department never really felt like a female friendly place when you had to take your car in so I went to other Chrysler dealerships for service. This past June, I had to emergently take my car in b/c it was overheating and the AC went out. They had my car for over a week yet NO LOANER. We also learned of U90 recall that could have contributed to this issue. I was told they would order the part. I pick my car up the engine light is out for a few months. I come back in about July, because the engine light came back on again. The service manager, Jamie (not overly impressed) does the little code check thing and says it’s the same thing. Proceeds to tell me they’re only getting six of them a month. My car has over 100,000 miles I’m a very concerned about this because it does impact the overall wear and viability of my car. So I clarified the process and they would call me when it arrives. No calls as of 9/27/23 when I took my car in for an oil change. Thankfully your service advisor, Jarrod Davis was unbelievably impressive regarding customer service and professionalism!! He researched the issue, found my part WAS in and got me scheduled for the install. Very refreshing to see someone actually try and correct an issue and not pass the buck or try and schmooze you to get you out the door. More
