Excellent Service We had been having an ongoing issue with the Check Engine light coming on, with the techs being unable to reproduce the problem. Eventually it was dia We had been having an ongoing issue with the Check Engine light coming on, with the techs being unable to reproduce the problem. Eventually it was diagnosed as an O2 sensor. It was replaced, but the problem reappeared. After consulting with the factory, it was determined that the computer was at fault. They replaced it in a timely manner, and the issue appears to be resolved. I would not hesitate to bring my Jeep back to York. Great customer service! More

Tony was great! I for sure have had my major issues with York Jeep as from ordering a new Jeep, to the sales manager to the GM there. Invited us to come back in a week or two at our convenience if there was anything we didn't understand how to use on the vehicle once we leave the dealership. No rush to get you out the door as I have seen with other vehicle purchases after the paperwork is complete. We were going to buy a cargo mat later since it doesn't come standard with the vehicle, however, York threw one in even though we didn't ask! Truly super nice people at York! Highly recommend them.
