Avoid this service department. They had my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica for a month, charge $300/hr for labor, and returned it with new damage and more expensive problems. Unacceptabl They had my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica for a month, charge $300/hr for labor, and returned it with new damage and more expensive problems. Unacceptable Timeline: Dropped off 02/16 for warranty work (water pump, head gasket). They added an intake manifold and kept it so long I had to cancel the airbag recall just to get my vehicle back on 03/13. Unreported Damage & Insulting "Fix": Received the car back with a damaged Active Grill Shutter (AGS) not on the original diagnosis. Brought it back 03/16 for a check engine light. Their resolution on 03/18 was offering 15% off the AGS repair—making me pay for damage they either missed or caused. Incompetence & Upsells: During the follow-up, they physically broke my air cover (the replacement won't arrive until 03/23) and miraculously decided my auxiliary battery now needs replacing too. A complete failure in basic professionalism that completely compromised my time, ease, and financial security. Take your vehicle elsewhere. More
