Upon arrival a gentleman met me at the driveway and advised he would get the process started and directed me to the service desk. Diana was busy with another client but took the time to acknowledge me and said she would be with me soon. She apologized for the delay, which she had no control over, and got me set. The length of time for the wait for completion was almost exactly as stated and the waiting room was very comfortable. Your staff and facility were great and I would like to thank you all. More
