Service department was great my free car wash turned out to be a nightmare as the side of my truck bed and bumper were badly scratched and needed to be taken to Beals and buffed out. They do however seriously need to revamp the car washing system for sure. Even two of the vehicles waiting for pick up in the lot had the same issue I noticed as I was waiting for the manager. More

I made an appointment for auto butler it was for 7:30 am I was early and checked in , I went to restroom and then started to look at new jeeps ,the salesman that sold me current 2021 Larime 4X4 that was sup I was early and checked in , I went to restroom and then started to look at new jeeps ,the salesman that sold me current 2021 Larime 4X4 that was supposed for to go to auto butler at 8:00 to look at jeeps,as I was walking around looking I noticed my truck was parked in a row, so I asked about and was told that auto butler did not start till 8:00 so I ask to speak with manager and asked him WHY would make appointments you know you can’t keep and it went DOWNHILL from there and some other worker and in my opinion they ganged up on me I told them get my (I paid off this truck the day I bought it) truck I am leaving.YORK MANAGERS SUCK ,I will never go back there and would advise go somewhere else…. The service work was fine and the staff has always been attentive and polite. My only demerit for them is their inability to put together appointment times and the start of service for the car. However, I have - more than once - made an early hour appointment only to be told that it would take several hours to do the requested work when I know the work could be completed in 60 to 90 minutes. An ability to start work near the time of the appointment would be a plus that make me feel much better about their service. More

Emily Vogt was knowledgable about my warranty issue and was able to process the repair in a timely manner.
