I would like to point out in the past ten yers my family has punched ten cars from Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep, our previous dealership. We are loyal to a dealership and Brand that treats us well. I expect we will have the same experience here. Steve Hernandez was my service rep. He was friendly and helpful. We do have an extended warranty and prepaid oil changes on the 300. Sadly that information was not in the computer system. I am getting the information fro Bakersfield and Steve said he would get things taken care of. They went above and beyond in their service and with their timing. I always enjoy getting my car serviced at this dealership, and I also love working with their staff. They even gave me a little deal on the labor since my car insurance wasn’t covering the repairs and it was a lot out of pocket.
