I called York and got a recommendation for a sales rep knowledgeable on Jeep products. We discussed ordering a new Rubicon. I emailed him a printout from the Jeep website with all the options and color knowledgeable on Jeep products. We discussed ordering a new Rubicon. I returned his call in an hour, when I got out of the visit, as my wife and I wanted to set up an a[ointment to come by the dealership and drive a Rubicon. Didn’t hear back from him on Thursday, so Friday morning, I sent him a text message, asking him to please call me back. I got a call back from him on Saturday afternoon. Seriously!! That’s not the way you follow up with a potential buyer. Obviously he didn’t think I was a serious buyer. Since then I ordered a new Rubicon from a Jeep dealership in Peoria. More
