Couldn't find the problem. Nice people but could not find the fault. I have sensors for my air suspension that kept going off, telling me i needed immediate service. When i took it in, they said they could not find the problem. After i got the truck beck, no problems for a couple days, now the alerts keep going off again. I do not know if the suspension system has a problem or the sensors just are bad. Going to have to take it back again for service. Cost me a couple days the first time,hope they can find the problem this time. More

First oil change to new vehicle, after a period of time noticed oil spots on cement. Crawling under, oil all over underside. Found drain plug loose, found oil filter loose. I used to know service mgr. I could talk to and watch the technician doing oil changes. Now I'm not allowed into shop area. Last time the oil was changed on one of my pickups, I asked the young mexican if he noticed anything on the drain plug (magnetized). I could tell by his expression he didn't know what a magnetized plug was, much less exam it for shavings. My friend is thinking of purchasing a new Dodge product. He asked concerning York. I said I didn't know anyone there anymore, however the service personnel always were friendly, however I told him about the loose plug & filter. -R- More

Not recommended First experience was an attempt to buy a Rubicon. Second was getting the new Jeep - bought elsewhere - serviced there. Just needed things snugged up, as the Jeep was accessorized. That went okay. Third time was for a warning light issue. After seeing my vehicle sit - untouched - for a few hours I was told it wouldn;t be inished that day. A courtesy ride to Enterprise resulted in a "loaner rental car" which I drove straight home and then abck the following day. Surprised to find I was being charged for fuel, but.............................. another courtesy pick-up (after waiting 20 minutes at Enterprise). Jeep was ready, but in much worse cleanliness than when I dropped it off. Footprints all over nerf bars, mud inside, etc. - Next visit - today - dropped off for a speaker vibration (3900 miles on odometer) at 8:45 AM - was told it had a recall - news to me. Was also told it would be a half day. I called at 1:20 PM. Just being looked at. Still haven't heard back from them. 2:20 PM. Very aggravating and disappointing. More
