On April 12, 2025, I traded in my Explorer XLT and purchased a Ford Explorer ST from McGovern, Saugus. I previously left a review for my sales consultant, Kyle, but I cannot neglect reviewing Alex Av purchased a Ford Explorer ST from McGovern, Saugus. I previously left a review for my sales consultant, Kyle, but I cannot neglect reviewing Alex Avanesau, General Manager. While discussing my contract with Kyle, I was totally surprised that Alex came over to me to introduce himself. I've never had a General Manager do that. Alex sat with me for a short time and wanted to let me know that if I needed anything, McGovern was there for me. We had a great conversation, and Alex informed me of his background and experience, and offered whatever help he could be. I couldn't believe that a General Manager would take the time to speak with me. I had a question about the vehicle and Alex followed up with a reminder to Kyle to contact me. He has a great personality, is very caring, and is a total professional. He represents what a General Manager should be, and he is a compliment to McGovern Ford. On April 12, 2025, I visited McGovern Ford, just to see what they had in stock. I had a Ford Explorer XLT that I would possibility want to trade in. I was referred to Kyle Fowler, whom I had never met. what they had in stock. I had a Ford Explorer XLT that I would possibility want to trade in. I was referred to Kyle Fowler, whom I had never met. After meeting and working with him on April 12, my opinion is that he is the best sales person I, personally, have ever dealt with. His personality and work ethic is fabulous. The Explorer that I wanted had just come in that day! I usually don't have that kind of luck, but the Explorer I wanted in Star White just came in that day, believe it or not. Kyle took the reins and within a short amount of time that day, I traded in my Explorer and purchased the Explorer ST. With all that's involved in trade-ins and purchases, because of Kyle's experience and eagerness, the deal was done in no time. Kyle followed up with me several times and answered all my calls (on the first ring!) He checked to see if I had any questions and concerns. The only concern I had was not meeting him sooner.
