When I asked what was the best interest rate they could offer nobody could answer me. Understand multiple factors determine financing but you should at least have some idea of what interest rates are offered. The finance person (Jessie) was really nice but did not know how to do her job. I had to explain to her how to complete the paperwork on her end (USAA Auto loan). After spending all day at the dealership I was informed that I couldn’t drive the vehicle home because they weren’t sure how to finish the paperwork. The only way I could take the vehicle home was to apply for a loan with one of “their” lenders. This completely defeated the purpose of me securing financing when they had to run a credit check. After all that I was finally allowed to take the vehicle home. The next day we returned to finish signing the paperwork, which was still not ready. First contract they tried to get me to sign was for a loan with their lender and not my USAA loan. I informed them of the error then they brought the correct paperwork. Two days later when they sent me a request for a survey they addressed it to the wrong name (Corey, my name is Cody). This was the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I will not purchase another vehicle from Young Automotive Group and question if two years of maintenance is worth dealing them. Would not recommend Young Buick and will discourage everyone I know currently in the market for automobile from doing business with Young. More

Bought a used vehicle. Thought they offered to little for trade, but felt the price of the vehicle was fair. The main reason for only 2 stars is the service center. They put a significant scratch in vehicle when putting on coating. Not fixed yet. The worst part of the service center is that the vehicle’s cruise control has not been working right. It quits while driving, and twice it has accelerated the vehicle up to 85 mph before being noticed. Twice I’ve had it there and their only fix was to charge me nearly $300 for a new battery which did not help. On the last visit the individual in the service center told me they didn’t have time to diagnose the problem. Still under warranty thankfully so I can go to a reputable service center that will take time to back their product. Because of the service or lack of service center, I would advise a different dealership. More

Lie after lie, after lie. Service department is an absolute joke! Promised all kinds of things and didn't deliver over and over again. I will never do business here again. Antonio was very helpful driving me to and from their shops to find the exact car I my dream car! Everyone that I worked with was very accommodating.
