I went to Young Cheverlot looking to buy a SUV ( my first time ever purchasing one) and they got manager) and Bijon ( finance) were the perfect TEAM! I went to Young Cheverlot looking to buy a SUV ( my first time ever purchasing one) and they got me approved for a 2026 Chevy Equinox. I love everything about this SUV especially all the safety features (still getting use to). My monthly payment was $100 less than what was quoted thanks to Bijon. Bad advertising. You put my VIN # and a picture of a 2023 corvette convertible and said that the oil change was going to be $69 in red letters. Then when I got there the service technician showed me that it excluded corvette. Paying full price was not the problem, but how it was presented to me in my email. More

Not enough guidence on how to learn how to properly use the vehicle. Information was hard to find and there was no effective steps given.
