This dealership customer service is out the window once they make the sale. They will tell you they have cars they don't and when you finally buy one you are on your own. No phone calls to update on promi they make the sale. They will tell you they have cars they don't and when you finally buy one you are on your own. No phone calls to update on promised items and no follow through with promised items either. When I finally got an update and they worked on doing the remaining promised items and other things that were supposed to be done but were not I received my vehicle back and it was a disappointment again. Promised items were not done as promised and other things simply were not done. I expected better from a dealership in a smaller town. I wish I had waited for the Jeep I had ordered at another dealership.The geneal manager called me and essentially dismissed their mistakes and offered do better when I come to have my car serviced instead of addressing the mistakes they made and providing any sort of compensation for the hassle. Why in the world would I take it to that dealership and let them work on my car when they didn't do the things they were supposed to.?They didn't even offer to put my plates on. More
