I am thrilled with my experience with Younger Toyota Service and Mitsubishi sales. It all started with my test drive when I got pulled over for speeding. I think I got a warning because Brian either knew the cop or the police have a good relationship with the dealership. When I picked up the car it had a full tank of gas. Definite plus! After I took delivery of the car, I noticed a couple of dings in the windshield the next morning that I didn't notice at night and a spill stain in the rear window deck. I called Jeremy and he said they would take care of me. I set up the service appointment for Wednesday, but had to drop it off Tuesday morning because of my schedule. I received a call Tuesday afternoon that the car was done, a day early! I couldn't pick it up until Wednesday and when I did, there was no charge and the car was detailed. They even cleaned the floor mat where I had tracked in some mud and gravel. Some places would say, sorry you already bought the car, but Younger excels in customer service! More

The sales representative that we dealt with was friendly and relaxed. He worked with us to get us to the monthly payment we felt we could comfortably afford and was very open and honest. We didn't buy that day but we came back a few days later to get the car we had looked at. This dealership has a wide selection of vehicles from SUV's to fuel efficient cars. We just bought a new 2010 Lancer ES CVT and none of the dealers within 300 miles of where we live was even able to get closer to their price and customer service. Jeremy is unbelievable and is a great guy to work with. He delivered the car to my home address without any extra charge. In addition to a great price, you'll find Jeremy professional, respectful, patient, and courteous. I will never buy again without checking with Jeremy first.
