My wife went to this dealership and they absoutely took advantage of her knowing very well that she was pregnant and was trying to be put in a better situation. She came in with her car to trade it in the advantage of her knowing very well that she was pregnant and was trying to be put in a better situation. She came in with her car to trade it in they told her they were going to wipe away the debt of that car to help her more affordable be put into a better car. They in fact did not wipe the debt they only took away part of the debt but worded it so confusingly on purpose to trick her into signing. They scammed us so heavily it was unbelievable they put her in a 25k car and she walked away over 60k in debt after making a 6k deposit. That was all of our savings and they screwed her over for years to come. The fact they knew she was pregnant she had bought every car she's ever owned here so they told her they would tale care of her. They scammed her terribly and took advantage of her while her hormones were all over the place knowing she just wanted a safe car for the baby. We recently broke down on I-5 near Yreka, CA heading from Sacramento to Coos Bay. It was a 10-year old Honda Accord we'd bought in Roseville just weeks earlier that came with a limited Powertrain Warranty. W Sacramento to Coos Bay. We had waived the $3,000 extended warranty at the time, having had great service from our prior Accords. Picture yourself on a hot day driving up the steep incline of I-5 . 10 miles past Yreka, our car starts jerking and slows down to almost a stop. Somehow we were able to pull over to the exit lane into a tiny gas station on the next exit. After being towed to Yreka Honda we discovered that Yreka has no bus or train service, nor does it have a car rental. But it did have the service we needed the most: The Yreka Honda service dealer. Service Advisors Steve Aseltine and Avery Jerry "went the extra mile(s)" to provide outstanding, superior service including: **Persistence in getting the Powertrain warranty to cover the $$$$ high pressure fuel pump repair... **Driving us to our motel and picking us back up the next morning... **Seating our suitcases with us in a large, comfortable waiting room... **Ordering the needed unavailable part... **Communicating with us every step of the way, until our son could drive the 4 hours to come get us. In fact everyone we encountered at Yreka Honda did their best to make our 12-hour stay in their waiting area comfortable and to set our minds at ease. Jason Resh lied to me when I bought my 21 Ford ecosports. He assured me of any problems arose that I would be taken care of . Instead,it was the opposite. They kept it overnight and the next day they told us they didn't believe they could look at it again to diagnose the transmission problem in the near future. I left it there for a week before I got tired of walking everywhere and went and got my vechile back . I believed Jason when he said if any issues occured that I would be taken care of and a loaner would be provided so I wouldn't be stuck without a car . I was the fool. I got no help or politeness at all . The service department didn't even inform me on the progress of any they were making . I guess because they didn't really even look at it. I will never trust a car salesman or dealership again even if they were a friends extended family. I should have known better but I trusted in this dealerships good reputation. I was wrong and lied too. I hope no one experiences anything like I have . 35,000 and a transmission that is slipping. I made all my oil changes and did all the upkeep except my windshield still needs replaced after a rock hit it from road construction and caused a major crack . I am still in the process of getting that repaired . This car lot gets great reviews so I am the only one who is being screwed over by them but I am and I was . More

Went to see Joe again for my new truck purchase. Upgraded my Ram to a F250 Superduty. Joe was very helpful the first time dealing with me and my girl purchased a car too.
