Monday July 20 2026 was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at an auto dealership! No xx as to being passed from one person to the next, straight forward talk! David (Earle) Martin and the team around him were able to have the transaction done in a timely manner(?) never fast though!! KUDOS all around!!

I found the truck online and put in a request if it was still available on Sunday May 24th. Erica called me shortly there after and made an appointment for the next day @ 10:15am. Test drove, traded in my 2020 Rogue, did the paper work and out of there by 1:30pm. Erica was very knowledgeable, energetic and very pleasant to work with. She had the truck there and waiting when I arrived. They took my car to appraise for a trade in while on my test drive. All that was left to do was negotiate some numbers and have Evan have me sign everything. Very professional, yet down to earth people to deal with. I would and will do business with the again.

On March 21st I traded in my previous pickup on a newer one and they kept it in the shop for ten days before I could take it home. When I got home, I tried to get a smog test done and it failed it because the OBD II connection was wrong. I took it back to Lithia Ford to get it fixed, brought it home again two days later and the next day it threw and engine code. When I got it back to Lithia Ford, it was blowing oil out of the front of the motor. Nolan, the salesman, said that "It's a used pickup. That happens." A month later, I get it back and set up a smog test. I've had it back and home two days and it not only failed the second smog test, but has to go back to the shop for teh same issue. Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls provides nothing lies and abuse.

My wife went to this dealership and they absoutely took - lstar789

My wife went to this dealership and they absoutely took advantage of her knowing very well that she was pregnant and was trying to be put in a better situation. She came in with her car to trade it in they told her they were going to wipe away the debt of that car to help her more affordable be put into a better car. They in fact did not wipe the debt they only took away part of the debt but worded it so confusingly on purpose to trick her into signing. They scammed us so heavily it was unbelievable they put her in a 25k car and she walked away over 60k in debt after making a 6k deposit. That was all of our savings and they screwed her over for years to come. The fact they knew she was pregnant she had bought every car she's ever owned here so they told her they would tale care of her. They scammed her terribly and took advantage of her while her hormones were all over the place knowing she just wanted a safe car for the baby. So sad that a local dealership would do this to anyone

We have dealt with Mock Ford since 1992 when we had a 92 Ford Explorer. There’s nothing for us to complain about here! Lance has been great to work with as well as Don through several purchases I’m on first name basis with several service writers.

Matt Shukis Sales Rep was outstanding in the purchase of my new 2024 Nissan Kicks! Great customer service very friendly, he went above and beyond to make me very comfortable in the process of the purchase. I would highly Recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Not so good. - oceanviewdrivesuites

Not so good. It's been over a week and I've yet to get a call from them to verify whether the 58 T-bird is available. Ken Miller 541-251-0723
