Awesome and very professional It was time for my first service on my 2019 Honda Accord EX-L. I went in on a Saturday and Philip, my service manager took my keys and came back to ex It was time for my first service on my 2019 Honda Accord EX-L. I went in on a Saturday and Philip, my service manager took my keys and came back to explain what needed to be done. It was my first oil change and a tire rotation if needed. Well, of course, I was going to be hit with that expense. When they were done Philip came in the waiting room and got me. He explained that everything looked good and no tire rotation was necessary.
