Since I was getting close to 70k miles, Luis explained what needed to be done then and offered to do it now while I had a valid 10% coupon. Everything was done in a timely fashion and I saved almost $80. Plus I was complimented several times in my braking habits since my brake pads showed so little wear. More

Neede service and I got it Took my automobile into the dealership on Saturday morning as I can't get there during the week. I was met at the Service bay by one of the staff who Took my automobile into the dealership on Saturday morning as I can't get there during the week. I was met at the Service bay by one of the staff who remembered me by name. He took my information and gave my car the once over. I was led to the waiting area where snacks and water were provided. After 30 minutes I was given a report as to what repairs were recommended for my car. I was offered a ride home so I would not have to wait at the dealership. Later that afternoon I was called and told that My vehicle was ready. A ride showed up in 15 minutes and took me back to the dealer. Repairs were explained and I was led to the cashier who was very pleasant. My car was washed and ready to go when I came back to the Service Desk. I always am happy with my experience at Yuma Honda. More
