Normally I would rather get poked in the eye with a sharp stick rather than to trade/buy a car. I do not enjoy the games that I have seen in the past at other dealers. However, I will have to say that this past experience with Carl Wimberly has changed my mind. He was courteous, knowledgeable, fair and seemed to have a lot of integrity. When I shared an unpleasant experience with another dealer, he refused to disparage them and seemed to work all the harder to assist my search for a specific vehicle that would meet my needs. He arranged an opportunity for me to take a vehicle home, and then again a second vehicle. When I returned the second vehicle and pointed out two small issues, he and the management team offered to resolve those issues in a timely manner without any drama. It was so much appreciated! I was in and out several times on several days and everyone seemed to be helpful and friendly, even Binks, the outside cat. More
