Can never reproduce issues Well, I guess I'll be the first one to give them a non-5 star review. I bought my first new vehicle from them last year (2015 F-150 Lariat 4x4). I had been there before for issues that Ford (not the dealer) never really fixed (cooled seats). My A/C starting acting up at the end of last summer. When driving with cruise control, but more noticeably, when braking or canceling cruise control and letting the truck slow down on its own, the A/C would stop blowing cold air for a few seconds. I even bought a thermometer and sure enough, when blowing cold air it would register ~45 degrees, but when I felt it acting up, it would register at ~53. That's an 8 degree difference! The service department "agreed" that there the temp change did happen (probably because they saw the thermometer in the vents), but said it was normal because when the engine lowers its RPMs, the compressor can't keep up. I've never had this issue in any other vehicle and I drive new vehicles including other F-150s for a living. They also only registered a change of 1.5 degrees. Issue not fixed. Second, the rear doors are hard to close. Even when I picked up the truck the day I bought it, the salesman (Les) had to close it twice. I thought it was because it was new and as it got used it would get easier. Wrong. Again they couldn't reproduce it. I guess they didn't open the door all the way like people do when they're getting out or in. Lastly, my heated steering wheel would also stop warming up when slowing down. If the car wasn't moving and out of Park, the steering wheel was cold. Again, could not reproduce. The sales experience was great, but if I can get issues fixed, I'll take my business elsewhere. Somewhere closer. Update 7/23/16 About a week after posting my review, I was offered for them to come drop me off a loaner truck so they could drive it for the 30 miles trip to the dealership and they could reproduce the issue. Here we are, a month later, and they still haven't found a loaner truck for me. Now my issue is harder to detect because my A/C doesn't cool down to ~45 anymore. Now it likes to stay at ~48. So when it stops cooling, the difference is not that big anymore so harder to feel. At least there's one dealer less to take into consideration when it's time to buy my next vehicle. More

Very comfortable and laid back experience. I have purchased several vehicles in my time, but this was the most pleasurable experience in doing so. Les and Lee are very knowledagble in their res I have purchased several vehicles in my time, but this was the most pleasurable experience in doing so. Les and Lee are very knowledagble in their respective fields. Most finance guys wear you out with high pressure sales. Jason was just the opposite. He only sold me what I wanted and even broke it down on a wall mounted monitor. Very professional dealership but also very enjoyable. Thanks guys. I WILL BE BACK!!! More

Best car buying experience ever. I have always hated going to car dealerships and rank it right up there with going to the dentist. Patriot Ford changed my opinion of that. My husband and I went to Patriot Ford just "looking" for a new truck. Everyone on the staff was so kind and friendly. There was no high pressure sales at all. They answered all our questions, which my husband had a ton of, and made the whole car buying experience very pleasant. By the time we left we felt like family. They will go out of their way to help you out. They even made two trips to our house which is 45 miles away. Once to pick up the loaner truck and the second time to bring paper work to sign. They are truly the best. This was our first time to visit Patriot Ford but it won't be our last. We have several Ford and car dealerships closer to our house, but we will definitely make the trip to Purcell to visit Patriot Ford. We would recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car to visit Patriot Ford in Purcell first. More

I bought a cab chassis truck not knowing that the truck was under powered. Ford advertises 400 HP with their pickups, but a cab chassis only has 300 HP. GM and Dodge do not derate their motors but Ford does. I didn't find this out till later. I always thought it was under powered but I had no idea that Ford had intentionally lied about the horse power until I talked to several people and then later had it confirmed by your service dept. Can;t trust the dealership or Ford. The reason I said you can't trust the dealership is simple, they knew all along that Ford detunes the cab chassis truck, but they won't tell you. They don't want to lose a sale. I am certain Fords sales teams motto for selling trucks goes like this. " Let the customer buy a under powered diesel truck. We will only worry if he complains and by then we have his money". My wife was right should have stayed with GM. More

They gave us top dollar on our trade and worked with us through our financing process. They even brought the vehicle we were looking at to our house to make it more convenient for us with work and the kids. I am a veteran and they bent over backwards to give me the best deal possible. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from them because of how they treat their veterans. I guess the name Patriot means something to them and actions speak louder than words. I would recommend all vets to check them out along with everyone that supports any business that takes care of their vets. Great experience. Big thanks to David Richards and Lee Funderburk. More

I loved the new fastback body style and I had a list of "wants" I really didn't want to give up. When I finally found "the one"-- I reached out to Stephanie Holsted on an internet inquiry. She worked with me and answered a lot of questions in-between my full time work schedule. So much so, I drove 2.5 hours from Tulsa to look at the car. When I arrived at the dealership, Sam Buchs warmly greeted my Dad and I for a test drive which pretty much sealed the deal. Patriot Ford has been wonderful with follow-up, making sure that transition to a new car was a special one. I appreciate all that they have done, and would happily travel back to Purcell OK. just to do business with their staff. More
