So my issue was I had pre paid maintenance my boyfriend took car told them about pre pay Ruthee said ok he also said just oil change when he went to pick up car they charged home entire amount when I calle took car told them about pre pay Ruthee said ok he also said just oil change when he went to pick up car they charged home entire amount when I called to clarify she was kind of condescending and rude about it. She said she would look into it. When she called me back a whole different tune super friendly and refunded money but maybe be nice first not once u were wrong More

Overall this dealership is good. However, I have to remind them that I have a maintenance package everytime I come for servicing. Also I made a mistake with my servicing choice onlin However, I have to remind them that I have a maintenance package everytime I come for servicing. Also I made a mistake with my servicing choice online, which was definitely my error, but I wish they would have informed me what I chose would be out of pocket before performing the services. What should have been a covered visit cost ne $600 out of pocket. Had they told me upfront, this error could have avoided and not costly. I had to come up with money so that I could take my vehicle.
