I had a 7:00 a m service appointment for a check engine light. I left the dealership about 7:30 and went to work I did not have any communication from the dealership so I called to find the status about 1: light. I left the dealership about 7:30 and went to work I did not have any communication from the dealership so I called to find the status about 1:00 the girl who answered the phone transferred me to service and they never picked up, the call went back to her she took my info and said she would let them know I called I did not get a call back so I called again about 3:00 again no one answered in service I told the same girl I need an update on my car she said she would send service an email- at this point she should have walked over to the service dept and gotten an update- she did not. At 5:00 I called again- now the dealership had my car for 10 hours with absolutely no communication with me to tell me what was wrong. This is unacceptable customer service from Cadillac. My previous visit for a simple oil change was also horrible- again I had a 7:00 a m appointment and this oil change took 2 hours when I went to the desk to inquire since people coming after me were leaving before me Josh said the tech he assigned my car to came to work 45 minutes late- again no communication. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More
