Dropped off car at 8:30 am for its first ever service (7500 miles)-- a tire rotation and multi-point inspection. It was noted that I was going to wait at the service center. I was informed that the service would take about 1.5 hours. At about 10:30 am, I was informed that a software update was available for the vehicle and would take about another hour. The software update was still occurring at about 1 pm, so the service center shuttled me home and then delivered the vehicle to our house later that afternoon. Ruthee Garcia was kind, kept me up to date, and empathized with my frustration of being stuck at the service center so long. More
