From beginning at my call to the dealership she found a time slot to meet my needs. She made sure I received the service that I needed and reviewed the list with me taking care that I understood what each time slot to meet my needs. She called me at my office when there was a choice between services to be made and explained the choices. And when the shop was finished with my car (and it was washed and shiny) ((it caught me by surprise as the dealership finished so quickly)) Ruthee organized an Uber to take me back to Zeigler, explained what happened to the car and sent me merrily on my way.
