My appointment wasn’t in the computer. The service agent spent a longtime, maybe 10 minutes, fussing with the system. I suggested I leave and make an appointment for another time. The agent said not worry, they had plenty of openings and could accommodate me immediately. Never once did she indicated that I was welcome there or that my oil change was even possible. More

The service was good however I always feel like I’m not getting full service. When I bought my car supposedly I had all these benefits that I have yet to see. When I ask about them NOONE no one seems to k getting full service. When I bought my car supposedly I had all these benefits that I have yet to see. When I ask about them NOONE no one seems to know what I am talking about.. I was never offered a discount nor a coupon and I feel like I way over paid for the tires. Give more than coffee and water!
