Never once updated me, I always had to reachout. Didn't even offer a rental even though they had my car over a week. Christian called to essentially complain that my warranty company wasn't picking up the phone and for me to call them since, he has "other things" to do. When my car was finally done I was told to go to the front to get my paper work. The lady up front didn't have it, so I had to go back to the service where Christian was no where to be found. I had another gentleman help me with my paperwork and I paid up at the front. But they forgot my keys, so then I had to go back AGAIN to services to where they couldn't find my keys. About 10 minutes of looking for my keys they finally found it in the back mechanic shop. I get in my car to find it completely filthy and grease smeared across the dash. This was the worst experience I had with Zeigler. More
Very good service! Oil change was done and their price is much better than for instance at Jiffy who charge around $120! Zeigler was around $45 for the same work. Myself and my service advisor were lied to by the service department. A simple 15 min programming took almost 4 hours to complete despite having a 9am appt and arriving 30 mins early. This is my first experience with the Ziegler service department and Cristian was awesome to deal with .Having went to a Palatine Chevy dealer first only to have him tell me there was nothing wrong Ziegl department and Cristian was awesome to deal with .Having went to a Palatine Chevy dealer first only to have him tell me there was nothing wrong Ziegler service department, diagnosed it in less than an hour.
