I experienced an incompetent sales staff/sales director with false advertising on their website. Multiple vehicles they have online are incorrectly listed. I called to confirm the listed mileage of 2 of with false advertising on their website. Multiple vehicles they have online are incorrectly listed. I called to confirm the listed mileage of 2 of their vehicles. A sales member confirmed the mileage listed online. After being told I needed to wear a mask so other people felt "safe" in my presence, I decided to cancel my test drive and instead text with the manager. The sales director proceeded to inform me that the miles listed on one of the vehicles I inquired about was wrong and that the website needed updating. The vehicle actually had over 2800 more miles than listed online and what was earlier confirmed to me over the phone by a sales person. I then asked the sales director to confirm the miles on the vehicle I had initially scheduled an appointment to test drive. The sales director informed me that the vehicle was out as a loaner. So, after being misinformed about the mileage of one vehicle, I was then asked to believe that 5 minutes after I canceled my test drive, the other vehicle was already out as a loaner and its mileage couldn't be confirmed. The sales director then patted themselves on the back for "saving" me a drive out there. Their website is wrong, their sales staff demonstrated a high level of incompetency, and trust their sales director at your own risk. Good thing I didn't drive 40 minutes one way to be thoroughly disappointed. More

This dealer changed the price on my car closing woot me knowing, they sold me an service plane for oil changes and am at the dealer now and they don’t see the plan. I kept asking for it in writing but they knowing, they sold me an service plane for oil changes and am at the dealer now and they don’t see the plan.
