None of that! Hannah was so sweet, showed us a number of vans that we asked about, colors, if we could get ones they did not have in their lot and were assured we could have anything we wanted within a few days. Well we found one in a beautiful blue they had on their lot and Hannah worked out the details on price and financing. Then we had to talk to the finance manager where we expected to get the hard push on buying extended warranty and all kinds of other options. Rick the Finance Manager explained the paper work to us and in no time we were out of there with a hand shake and a thank you. This is a class bunch of people that do their job and I really think they enjoy it. My husband does not like high pressure or arrogant staff. Jared was excellent to work with. The staff were accommodating to all customers. We waited as they were very busy the end of the month.
