New Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in our garage! We were fairly new to the area and picked Zeigler because of the ratings it had currently. They completely lived up to the reputation! Found online and quickly bought! We found this newer car online and loved the look, price and low miles. The local dealership was very pleasant to work with. The only irritating problem was that we had to wait for a too quick "detailing" that wasn't thorough. We called back, said we were coming in to pay for it and as we started signing paperwork asked about the detail (we found potato chips in it on our test drive) we were told it would get done etc. still not done. We didn't need financing so they knew we'd be quick. Still didn't get the detailing done. About 60+ min after final signing the car was finally brought around dripping wet. Overall I would recommend this dealership and our salesperson. I just don't know why they wouldn't detail the car apparently until every last signature was done. ( maybe they didn't think we had the cash? 😉). Better service to have the car shined and clean when you get there, one would be more excited to sign and spend. More

very bad experience I made a appointment to see a certain car and I get there and the car is in the showroom so I couldn’t even drive it after I drove over a hour to chec I made a appointment to see a certain car and I get there and the car is in the showroom so I couldn’t even drive it after I drove over a hour to check it out then I put a deposit down to hold it so I could go through the bank and get all the paperwork done to get the check to buy it and one of the times I called I was talking to the salesman and asked him a question and he said he was out on the lot and would have to talk to his manager when I could hear he was at his desk cause I could hear all the people around him in the showroom so that was just not very professional and then when I come to pick the car up there was over 60 more miles on it and all the salesman had to say is they had to put gas in it witch there was gas station within a mile so my experience was absolutely terrible and wouldn’t recommend anybody go there. More
