Now two years later, when I wanted the new 2018 Wrangler Recon, I again reached out to Rich. In my excitement, we inadvertanly ordered a tan top instead of the black soft top I wanted and Rich wasted no time getting a replacement black top ordered for me. Now I am just waiting for delivery.
