(not bc I won a silly drawing) So I decided to text and tell him I was looking for a vehicle. He was amazing at keeping in contact through the whole process answering every silly question that came to mind. He took the extra time to show he cared about us being happy and comfortable with this big purchase. We purchased the vehicle and went on our way. Good pricing, a little heavy on the sales pressure I was able to know a price before I got to the dealer. I was able to freely test drive the vehicle, which was EXACTLY what I wanted. The product was advertised 4,000 less miles than the day I test drove and picked it up and wish I knew that prior to signing as doing research that variance would shave a sliver off the price. Oil needed to be changed 1,200 miles after pick up and there was no owner's manual included (used vehicle). I wish the dealership sent me off with a fresh oil change and more gas in the tank (it was only 1/4 full ) but not sure if that was overlooked by someone else responsible--it's the little details that help securing my gut feeling I'm valued after making such a large purchase but overall would recommend to anyone looking for a Jeep in that area. More
