I am rating a three until some issues are addressed, The car was purchased by my son. we pay for the car in his name, at which point could have had a better selection, The car is very nice with low miles, w car was purchased by my son. we pay for the car in his name, at which point could have had a better selection, The car is very nice with low miles, was never offered a service policy. 6 months into owning the car which was checked off as a demo, with no monroney label available. we are experiencing cv axle shaft issues, had to put new tires on the car. This all fine in my opinion. But had 5 appointments to put axle shafts replaced to find out the passenger side shaft is a discontinued design. I tried to have this addressed on the first attempt but was shuffled around to 8 people. Will try again and if necessary reedit the review More

Unscrupulous, dishonest and incompetent. They consistently advertise one price on line but upon arrival they say nothing that they have increased the price. Not until after you test drive , They consistently advertise one price on line but upon arrival they say nothing that they have increased the price. Not until after you test drive , they take all your information, and once you request to see the final offer in writing do you see what they have done. A vehicle went from 37,698.00 to 42,793.00! If you do not carefully look over all the fees, you would miss it. They try to charge you for things (LoJack) that were all ready installed on the vehicle by saying it is on there so we will charge you even if the previous owner had it installed and they paid nothing, because it is an upgrade. They try to charge a "Market Value" fee on used cars which is only actually done on new cars. Their sharp practice will catch up with them and their reputation will end up in the gutter and this could cost them to go out of business. And in my honest opinion, that would be none to soon. They should not hold a business licensee with this type of deceit. More
