Did not communicate well. Took two full days to replace a key fob battery, a brake light and add a 2nd key fob. And those 3 things cost over $900. Horrible service. key fob was damaged in the process of battery replacement and when I asked them about it I was told that I brought it in in that condition. My key fob was in perfect condition when I brought it in.
