The interior of my car was full of rocks almost like if they took my truck on a jog ride. It’s my first time using a dealer and if that’s how they treat my truck just because it a recall. They said my front brakes were Rec. and they also Rec. an air filter. My air filter is brand new I had just replaced it. When I did my own oil change less then a month ago.. I was t told of any recommendations I know I had just brought it for recalls. But it would of been nice if they told me what they found. And I do keep track of miles before and after I do t know why you need to joy ride my truck when all the recalls had nothing to do with a joy ride. Very disappointed and will choose different dealer for service in future. More
We recently purchased a 2017 Dodge Durango GT. The salesman Mr. Donofrio was excellent in helping us including the rest of staff that were still present at closing time! Mr. Donofrio washed the vehicle himself and went above and beyond to help us. My only concerns are that we explained a few issues and haven’t heard back? I will email him with these concerns but also just found out the 2nd row right passenger seat belt does not retract properly? So not sure if this vehicle was inspected thoroughly but that is a concern if my child is sitting back there if seat belt is functioning properly and the front middle console is broken and informed Mr. Donofrio he said he will look into it and have not heard from him yet? More

These people are very rude especially Josh and Pete I will never use this dealer again. They threaten me with the police after I informed them I was in contact with COVID they said it was not there probl will never use this dealer again. Awful Sales Person My daughter and I visited this dealership in May. Don Hall was our salesperson. I explained that we had just started the process of looking for a pr My daughter and I visited this dealership in May. Don Hall was our salesperson. I explained that we had just started the process of looking for a pre-owned vehicle for our daughter. She expressed an interest in a Jeep Wrangler, but had not driven one. I immediately got the impression that Don was not interested in working with us when he immediately told us they had no "certified pre-owned" vehicles. He then explained how expensive Jeep Wranglers were. He looked on his computer to see if there were any used Wranglers on the lot. Then pulled one around that he explained was "trashed" and that would have to be cleaned up; we'd also have to make another appointment before driving it or anything else. There were pieces missing off the grill. After seeing it, I'm wondering what was the point of letting us see it? Were we actually going to come back to see it even if it was cleaned up? At no point did Don ask us if we would consider looking at any other Jeep vehicles, or show any interest in working with us. Very disappointing considering that loyal Zeigler customers had referred us. We ended up going to St. Charles Chrysler/Jeep later that day. We were treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. We ended up buying a 2019 Certified Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from them. More
