My 2018 Dodge Durango over heated, and needs a new water pump already! That’s disappointing, but not as much as the service experience that I had with Ziegler when I tried to have it fixed under warranty. pump already! They informed me that their first available appointment was ...”around 5-6 days out, but could be longer as they are very busy.” Then there would another day or two to fix the problem. Now I don’t know about you, but going without a vehicle for more then a week is simply unacceptable. So now I’m out $450.00 of my own money to have their warranty work none by someone else. I think like many people I just can‘t afford to have my vehicle out of service for such long period of time. It’s very disappointing! This Durango is the 4th car in a row that I bought from Ziegler and their service department has always been hit or miss, but unfortunately it has never been consistently good. They are clearly under resourced in the area of mechanics. As a result, this will be my last vehicle from Ziegler. I will now have to deal with the inconvenience of driving to Naperville to buy and service my dodge vehicle. This is the last time that I will allow Ziegler to disappoint me like this. More

Oil chg was fine. Was told I need to replace front and rear brakes. What a surprise since u just replaced both last year and not 10k miles ago. Battery check I went in because my battery light was coming on and my car was stopping frequently. They determined that my car was very low in oil. Fantastic service! I came in for an express oil change, and I knew I needed new brakes. No extra repairs were suggested after the inspection, and everything was fully explained. Fixed My Problem Had an intermittent problem with an oil solenoid that had been plaguing me for several months. Took it in and fortunately it was under warranty.
