Bad service I had 3 recalls that needed to be done on my car. . I made a apt. I specifically asked if they had the parts when i made my apt and i was told yes I I had 3 recalls that needed to be done on my car. . I made a apt. I specifically asked if they had the parts when i made my apt and i was told yes I sat there for 4 hours and then was told they only had the parts for 3 of my recalls. I was not happy. I asked when will the parts be available and never received an answer. I don’t understand. My parts was there but the service man told me they did not give my parts to anyone else. That does not make sense. I will never come there again. Poor service. No one let me know. Someone should have made sure the pars was in stock instead of letting me and my husband sit there for 4 hours before telling me. Then i would have just rescheduled with no complaint. That was ridiculous.. Jeff was awesome . Im sure it not his fault. Mabe your counts on you equipment is off. But its an issue that needs to be resolved More

Greats fast service My front driver side turn signal went out on my 2017 Dodge Durango. I called in for service and they told me to drive right into the fast lane. Soon My front driver side turn signal went out on my 2017 Dodge Durango. I called in for service and they told me to drive right into the fast lane. Soon as I got there the representative came out he was very friendly and welcoming. He told me don't worry about it I'll take care of it just go in and have a seat and have some coffee and we'll take care of everything. About 10 minutes later he came back and said your vehicle is ready. I was amazed of the great fast friendly service that they gave me unbelievable. This will be my dealership from now on. They falsely advertise d their information online and when I went into the location they told me another story. They stated they go off your income, never stating you have t d their information online and when I went into the location they told me another story. Then i spoke to another gentleman and he stated it based off credit amd they wanted $2000 down when online it says 0 down. They were not clear about how they advertised getting a vehicle amd I would not recommend anyone to go here to get a vehicle. More
