Inexcusable experience from Manager and asst. GM Today we called for help for two front tires that were never balanced correctly on our 2011 Grand Cherokee. The tires which we purchased a year ago f Today we called for help for two front tires that were never balanced correctly on our 2011 Grand Cherokee. The tires which we purchased a year ago from the dealership are worn to the cords which are visible. After having the problem assessed we tried to work through this issue with management. We were blown off after going in person and phone calls were never returned. The Asst. GM let us leave the dealership with unsafe tires which is concerning after being loyal customers for so long. After dropping thousands of dollars at this dealership for service and being told by Michelin that they are an authorized dealer this is upsetting. Take your business elsewhere as the service mechanics do not fix problems as they say and your money will be more appreciated at another dealership. Shockingly terrible service to repeat customers and because of it we will never purchase a Jeep ever again!!! More

So I go here to just get some information because I hear they’re a reputable company. Far from it...I sit down and tell this new salesperson that I still have 3k left on my student loans I would like to pay off first and then save for a down payment. I wanted him to calculate what the down payment should be on a jeep for my payments to be around $300 a month (for a 36 month lease with an allowance of 25k miles per year). I told him if he was helpful, I’d come back late summer during labor day to set something up .... he didn’t listen to a word I said. He showed me the car, it was nice and I had fun driving it. I liked the car and thought I’d try to make it work, who knows maybe I’d try to sign sooner and just pay the $350 a month. So, I sat down and his “deal” was that I put $2500 down and my payments would be $428 a month FOR A 72 MONTH LEASE AND 10k MILES A YEAR...LOLLLLL. Okay...I came in here for you to calculate what I need to put down for a $300ish monthly payment on a 36 month lease with 25k allowance - you didn’t give me any of that information. So when I re-explained to him what I wanted, he said if I signed today I could just pay the $300 a month for the jeep. Again...I didn’t want 72 months, I wanted 36, and I needed 25k miles per year not 10k (who only drives 10k miles a year??). So he got his manager to come over and they both just press me for the same deal? Neither of them listened to me about what I wanted. I’ve worked in sales before and the biggest thing you need to focus on is listening to the customer. neither of them did that and gave me a really bad snakeoilsalesmen vibe. It’s a nice place and has a nice selection of cars, but the staff isn’t very good at selling. Will definitely go somewhere else. More

Stephanie was such an amazing s I was hesitant to take my car in for a warranty repair and I cannot explain how pleasantly surprised I was by Zeigler. Stephanie was such an amazing service technician. She kept me up to date every step of the way and went above and beyond to help get my rims fixed which was done through an outside body shop. In 10 years of owing cars, I have never had such excellent customer service at a dealership's repair/maintenance center and the service was so quick. They identified and fixed the problem in a few hours. My car feels like brand new. Thank you so much Stephanie. More
