Felt completely cheated. Rami was our sales person and he lied from the minute we walked in the door. Seats, mileage, floor mats lied about them all. Told us seats were leather... no leatherette... said car had 4000 miles.... no 7000 actually.... said he could get the stains out of the seats... then said he couldn’t.... he said he. Would get floor mats then couldn’t. Called manager to follow up and he was rude and completely unhelpful. Do Not Ever bug a vehicle from this scam dealership. No integrity whatsoever ever. More

I rather walk than buy a car or have it serviced by these xxxxxxxx. Had to start a case file with them. Also bought my wife’s car at Ziegler Infinity and a completely different experience. Unfortunately I will never buy another car from Ziegler. They loss a good customer by having crooks run their service dept! More

Given the run around It seem like the service department just gives you the run around to use up your warranty and then oh look, you need a new engine. I have had a oil co It seem like the service department just gives you the run around to use up your warranty and then oh look, you need a new engine. I have had a oil consumption issue since pretty much I got the vehicle. One guy said to go in for an oil change when the gauge says about 10-15% when I came in for my first oil change at 5,000 miles. Then my car died out from low oil, same guy said I should have come in at 5,000 miles not to go by the gauge. They wouldn’t take my claims of oil consumption seriously. A 2 year old car shouldn’t run out of oil within the 5,000 miles between oils changes. It shouldn’t be a concern. They’ve done oil consumption tests, nope can’t fix it, it doesn’t consume enough oil. I’ve gone in and talked to just about every guy at the counters. I’m sure they run away now when they see me pull in the bays. Now I’m losing 3 1/2+ quarts of oil between oil changes and I’m told to call Chrysler. Shouldn’t that be on the Service department? This shouldn’t even be an issue. I feel I was blown off because I was a women that didn’t know about cars. They didn’t begin to document or do tests until I had to bring my dad in to complain. That’s ridiculous. My family have bought several cars from them, but after this we will find someone we can trust better. More
