All was procured and a technician replaced the bulb. Th bay where service manager diagnosed our problem which turned out tone burnt out signal bulb. Service advisor tried to overquote time for repairs on a vehicle I have my family using out of state. When I contacted them to ask why and to notify them that I currently work for a dealership out of state vehicle I have my family using out of state. When I contacted them to ask why and to notify them that I currently work for a dealership out of state and know the labor times for these repairs I was told I had to speak with the manager and he was the only one who could adjust times. Manager contacted me the following day and the first words out of his mouth was “I’m the service manager and I don’t negotiate labor times on repairs. This is how I run my shop and I won’t be told how to run my shop.” Didn’t even say Goodmorning or hi how are you. Again I work in service and this isn’t how I handle my customers on a daily basis. I simply wanted them to charge me for the correct labor on repairs. I will never return to this dealer and I do not recommend anyone else to return in fear of being taken advantage of. More
I recently found a used vehicle on this dealers website. I contacted the dealer to see if it was still available, which it was. I coordinated a time to visit and test drive the vehicle. Once we sat down to I contacted the dealer to see if it was still available, which it was. I coordinated a time to visit and test drive the vehicle. Once we sat down to talk numbers, this is where I was incredibly thrown off and felt deceived. The sales rep came back to the desk and presented the numbers, stating the price of the car was their "website price" and that they would be throwing on an additional $6,000 as a "market adjustment". I get it. The market is tough right now. But don't deceive your customers by showing one price on your website to lure them into your showroom only to then tack on a fairly significant amount as a market adjustment. If there is an adjustment, then publish that as your "website price". I have never really been a fan of the whole car buying process and this just took it to a new level. More
