Body work nightmare. Brought vehicle in for routine maintenance and a ding in front bumper. Was called and advised entire bumper should be painted. Fine. Within six months Brought vehicle in for routine maintenance and a ding in front bumper. Was called and advised entire bumper should be painted. Fine. Within six months paint start peeling off bumper cover. Leave vehicle again so can be done right. In less time starts peeling off again and you can tell they sprayed right over old paint. Third time leave vehicle for ten days and beg them not to use same shop. They do anyway told it would be finished on date of my return. It wasn’t. Then the next day. It wasn’t. Then the next day for sure. It was but none of the other service I needed was done despite being told it was ready. Horrific customer service. But they did decide to give me a free oil change for everything I went through. More

The worst dealership ever! Zero stars! This dealership has a lot of girls answering their phones that are extremely clueless about cars and basic information. I had the wors Zero stars! This dealership has a lot of girls answering their phones that are extremely clueless about cars and basic information. I had the worst experience purchasing my vehicle back in June of this year. My sales rep explained how much he hated his job and how low the pay was. Which I’m not sure why he would tell me. So, that was a bit of a turn off. The car I wanted that was online was being used a loaner car (new) and I couldn’t purchase it. Liz lied to me about the vehicles availability and the appointment time. Which if I would have known earlier I would have just come closer to home to buy a similar car in Oak Lawn. They asked to run my credit twice but hit my credit 7 times! That will take a couple of years to be removed. They begged to add an extended warranty onto my loan. Even though they are just a broker looking to gain commission off of you and jack up your car note even higher. They are only there to sell you the car not an extended warranty!! Never get an extended warranty from the dealership people!!!!!! Do your own research and find a legit and better company to go with. I attempted to give them another chance and went in yesterday (6 months later) for an oil change. When you get their everyone looks at you like a deer in headlights and extra non helpful. When it’s over I pull out onto the highway and notice that my “oil change required “ light is still on. Instead of me getting off the highway and coming back in, I called about it. I get some girl on the line that tells me to drive for 30 miles and it will go off....she was clueless. She then transferred me to a (new) service technician that gave me this unbelievabley long way of turning this light off. I asked her why it wasn’t done before I left. She yelled at me and said, “ ma’am I’m new and I don’t know!” She was obviously nasty and unprofessional. So, I xxxx Googled it and got it turned off myself! But I figured if I’m paying you almost $100 bucks for an oil change why not take the warning light off for me too. Perhaps that was too much to ask for. I would NEVER do business with this company again. I would also NEVER recommend them to anyone either. It was bad from the beginning until the end. Buying a car is too big of a purchase to be given the shaft by a crappy dealership. More

Long wait to see service advisor I went to the dealer to pick up my $50,000 grand Cherokee overland that was in there for the 3 rd time for a transmission issue. And the 2nd time to r I went to the dealer to pick up my $50,000 grand Cherokee overland that was in there for the 3 rd time for a transmission issue. And the 2nd time to replace a water pump. Waited 25 minutes to speak to a service advisor as the one talked to 2 people about everything but car issues and the other walked away and didn’t return for 10 minutes all this white 4 people waited to get service. Enough about great service They told me that they couldn’t find anything wrong but the time before they said there was a problem but couldn’t fix it. I drove 5 minutes home and the transmission started to act up. I’ve been a loyal Jeep customer for 25 years but this BAD service I am thinking that they don’t care about me so I might as well look at a different brand and dump Jeep as they have me More

BUYER BEWARE *****BUYER BEWARE ******This is by far the worst car buying experience of my life. We purchased a pre-owned 2016 Dodge Durango in August from Zak. The *****BUYER BEWARE ******This is by far the worst car buying experience of my life. We purchased a pre-owned 2016 Dodge Durango in August from Zak. There were some nicks on the bumpers and inside the door which the dealership agreed to fix in a “we owe.” Fast forward a couple months to October 29th and we finally have the time to take the car in for a couple days. I pick it up and NONE of the nicks were fixed. Instead of painting the car they sprayed the truck with some type of rust deterrent. That should’ve been a bad sign already. I mean who does work on a car without checking what it’s there for? Anyway, it turns out I had to bring the car back AGAIN so they can actually do the work I wanted. They give me a loaner. We go to pick up the truck and the paint job they did on it was horrendous (see pictures below). It looks like a toddler finger painted it. That is how terrible it looked. So we leave, this is our THIRD trip at this point. We live an hour away. I refused to go back again. They would have to deliver my truck back to me at my house if they wanted their loaner back. Throughout this whole process NOT ONE person was proactive in contacting us in regard to the status of our vehicle. Our texts would go unanswered by Zak and we would have to keep calling to ask to speak to a manager to figure out what was happening with it. We spoke to two different managers in the beginning all of which were trying to pass the buck. Finally got in touch with another manager who claimed to be new and he started to renege on their promises until we asked for all of his superiors’ names and emails. He called back a couple minutes later to say they will find someone to deliver the truck. We finally got the truck back TODAY. Yes, this whole ordeal has been going on from Oct. 29–Nov. 13 for something that should have been completed in a matter of a couple days. At first they were reluctant to deliver the truck back to us.How unfair of them to ask us to drive for a FOURTH time because of THEIR mistakes. Even going so far as lying that they were not insured to drive it out. I mean come on. We are not stupid. The nightmare doesn’t end there. They bring the truck back on E. It is disgustingly dirty on the inside from paint (see pictures below) and they didn’t even put the front license plate back! They didn’t even give us the screws back! What kind of business are they running? Obviously, a terrible one. Stay away from Zak and especially any Ziegler dealership if you want quality customer service. More
