I had a quite bad experience at this dealer. I was interested in 2022 Grand Cherokee L. (1) It was listed on the dealer website a final price. By the time we talked the price, they put on $5,000 I was interested in 2022 Grand Cherokee L. (1) It was listed on the dealer website a final price. By the time we talked the price, they put on $5,000 market adjustment fee and near $1,500 Lojack fee. They said they installed lojack in all jeep they sold. None of these were shown on their website. (2) I negotiated the price and after several rounds, their manager came to me and stared at me. He looked very serious and a bit angry, he asked me why I changed my offer price. I said that was the price I was willing to pay. He REQUESTED me to explain to him why I offered that price. I felt very uncomfortable as he was stare and approaching me. I said I did not have an obligation to explain to you anything and I am your customer. He said "YOU CAN GO AWAY!" I left and would never return to this worst dealer I have ever seen. They have fake price on their website and hidden fee. And a very hostile altitude. More

I never write reviews but this was the worst and scariest experience of my life. I went to look at a 2019 Honda CRV Touring listed at $32,999 at Ziegler. I loved the car and then it happened. They gave an o experience of my life. I went to look at a 2019 Honda CRV Touring listed at $32,999 at Ziegler. I loved the car and then it happened. They gave an offer that included a $5000 market adjustment charge and a $1500 lo-jack charge (because we have a lot of thefts today) which was added to my cost. Finally, after they appraised my trade they calculated sales tax without an allowance for my trade, lol. When I saw the bottom line after my trade, it was $29,999. My trade was valued at $25000. I was in shock that this type of business was still going on today. I went to Honda of Lisle less then 5 miles away and the same car brand new was cheaper then they were selling. It was a scary experience! I am still in shock the these practices are still being done. Please stay away! Very unprofessional place. Thanks More

Horrible customer service and very unpleasant staff. I got a Used 2020 Jeep Compass about a year ago. First of all had a very awkward and just horrible experience over all. After the paperwork is signed and I make the downpayment the clerk accidentally charged me an additional 1K. I wasn’t mad, it’s a mistake and I knew I would get that money back so I calmly went to the sales person and explained what happened. I had corrected the finance manager, who for some reason thought that was the right amount, multiple times. The sales person walks back inside and degrades the clerk, yells at her and then the finance “manager” who told her the wrong amount in the first place comes out and also yells at her and insults her in front of me! I was in shock and did not even know what to say. Very unprofessional and I felt horrible. The names of the two men who yelled and insulted her were Don Hall (salesperson) and Avanes David (Sales manager). I was reminded of this unpleasant experience when I tried to contact the dealership for a question regarding the extended warranty. I am unable to get a hold of anyone who can help and the finance manager who originally sold me the warranty has not answered any of my calls or emails. When I call they put me on an 20 min hold then send me to voicemail automatically. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t been able to get in contact with ANYONE from this dealership. Avoid this dealer at all costs. After having very positive experience in another dealership I can say this place is a dump and is not a trustworthy or responsive place. More

I was turned away quickly today from Naperville Jeep Chrysler for an oil change even though their express sign inviting customers for Express was on the curb. I was told to try again another day, arrive earlier - as the wait for Express was 4 hours & please call first & see if it’s ok to come in. I decided to google another Jeep dealership and drove 5 miles to Zeigler. Their service team was awesome! Oil change and tire rotation in 30 minutes. Zeigler is my new ‘go too’ for Jeep service.
