Went to get a oil change in the express lane. 30 minutes later the manager comes out and tells me they can't do it because they have no oil. They need to FIRE their service people George & Paige it took 1 whole month to fix my jeep. They diagnosed it wrong to begin with and they are very rude and don't want to do their job of having the warranty took 1 whole month to fix my jeep. They diagnosed it wrong to begin with and they are very rude and don't want to do their job of having the warranty pay for repairs instead they want to extort money from me that I paid over $3000.00 for a warranty so I would not have to pay for repairs!!!! I had to call the warranty company several times to get it paid since Paige told me she refused to do it. Very bad customer service. I will not ever have a vehicle repaired at Ziegler again, unless of course I want to wait a whole month to be without it for their screw ups. Way too many excuses of why I couldn't get my vehicle back in a timely manner. I never got a call back from the general manager either. I had to also get Chrysler involved to get them to finally do the repair work. What a joke! More

I would not recommend this Dealership! Purchased a $62,000 Durango and they didn't care about our concerns after the purchase was completed.
