Great service I took my 2015 Jeep Patriot, to Zeigler for shaking when in drive at a stop Knew something was wrong because when put in Drive it would stop shaking I took my 2015 Jeep Patriot, to Zeigler for shaking when in drive at a stop Knew something was wrong because when put in Drive it would stop shaking. I had service from Greg the service rep excellent service he's truly a good employee for Ziegler he treated me with the utmost respect and spoke with me very kindly. He was very knowledgeable I pointed out to him that black stripping on the windshield has come loose he told me that there is a clip which they would most likely replace on them. I had taken it to DuPage Dodge where I purchased it from in 2016 they told me that the shaking was normal Greg at Ziegler was able to have it diagnosed that it was the motor mounts which I'm very grateful for and also DuPage Dodge told me that the strips on the windshield was normal wear and tear on the stripping's, so I feel Greg who works at Zeigler Dodge is very forthcoming and honest with evaluation of repairs for my Jeep. Thank you Greg for your honesty and kindness and Ziegler don't lose this man he's very good at his job. Will definitely bring my Jeep back for service as long as Greg is there. More
